Looking at Florida’s condo-townhouse market in x, statewide closed sales totaled 11,817, up 3.2% compared to a year ago. The national median existing-home price for all housing types in April was $267,300, up 3.6% from April 2018 ($257,900). April’s price increase marks the 86th straight month of year-over-year gains.
